​At My Spa Nail Salon, we value your business and your time. To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established the following policy: ​1. 48-Hour Notice Required ​We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to fill the appointment slot with another client on our waiting list. ​2. Late Cancellation Fee ​Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before your next appointment can be booked. ​3. Frequent Cancellations ​We understand that life happens; however, consistency is key to our scheduling. ​Clients who have three cancellations (regardless of the notice given) will be required to pre-pay in full at the time of booking for all future appointments. 5. You cannot arrive to your appointment and not pay for the services booked. If you have to leave early, change your mind, etc. You will be required to pay 50% of the canceled service. 6 No call no shows owe 100% of services. ​4.
